To put our inventory shortage into perspective, Scottsdale alone had over 4,000 properties on the market in May 2009.

Now is the time to sell difficult properties, without question. The only reasons homes don’t sell in a market where demand is this high are that it’s not priced right, or it’s not accessible.
Demand is so high and inventory is so low that this is truly a remarkable time in our Phoenix market.
